Employee Safety Procedures
Staff Face Masks & Gloves
Staff will be required to wear masks and gloves during their shift. After each stretch appointment, they will wash their hands before refreshing gloves.
Staff Health Checks
Every staff member will have their temperature checked before their shift. When necessary, we will follow our elevated temperature protocol.
Staff Hopitality and Safety
Your lounge staff is here to help, from a safe distance. We’ve put protocols in place that limit staff from leaving the front desk, aside from studio cleaning. When absolute necessary, staff will (safely) assist clients.

Our Heightened Deep-Cleaning Process
Top-Grade Disinfectant & More Frequent Cleaning
Stretch 22 staff will use a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas before and after check-ins, with a heightened attention to our tables, vibracussors and high-touch surfaces. We will also be cleaning the studio from top to bottom at the end of each day.
Disinfecting High-Touch Surfaces
After every client comes through our doors, we will be wiping down our reception desks, waiting room chairs/benches, door handles (both inside and outside the space), bathroom spaces, as well as the hand sanitizing bottles.
Disinfection Tables & Vibracussors
All tables, headrests, bolsters and vibracussors will be thoroughly disinfected. The covering on the vibracussor will be replaced after every stretch and washed according to CDC laundering quidelines.
Disposable Cleaning Supplies
We are eliminating the use of our reusable cloths for cleaning. We will be utilizing paper towels and disposable wipe instead.

Before You Stretch
Client Masks & Gloves
We require you to wear a mask upon coming into the studio and strongly encourage you to wear gloves, as well.
Only Bring Necessities
We highly suggest bringing only the necessities and coming prepared in comfortable stretch. clothing to minimize the use of bathrooms/changing areas.
Strictly Enforced Appointment Times
We will be strictly enforcing appointment times. If you arrive late to your appointment, you can either choose to reschedule or utilize the time you have left on the table. We must end each appointment on time, in order to ensure we have ample time to clean in between appointments.
Appointment Cancellation Deadline
To allow as many clients as possible to get stretched, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. Please remember to cancel 12 hours prior to your stretch appointment.

Table Use
Tables are placed 6 ft apart to maintain social distancing. We are increasing the time in between each appointment in order to allow for proper disinfecting of each station.
Headrest Coverings
When using headrests, your Stretchologist will place a disposable face cover on it prior to your appointment and dispose of it after each appointment.
COMING SOON: Touchless Hand Sanitizer
Motion-activated stations will dispense sanitizer with a higher alcohol concentration. In the meantime, we’ll have hand sanitizer available in the studio, as usual.

Let’s Keep Each Other Safe
We’ve put a lot of changes in place, with details beyond what you’ve seen listed here. Our new safety process will be most effective if we all make sure to do our part.
You Should Not Come Into The Lounge:
- If you have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has
- If you feel unwell
- If you are a part of any high-risk group
- If you have any concerns about coming in, please stay home and stay safe
If any of the above reasons apply, we will happily add the stretch back to your account and welcome you back when you’re healthy and fee comfortable coming back.
Lastly, we are encouraging clients and crew members alike to limit person-to-person contact. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the situation.
While we’re taking every precaution to keep our community safe (and encourage you to do the same), we’re acutely aware of and highly prepared for the possibility of a second wave.
