Experience the difference at Bellevue.

Stretch 22 Bellevue offers one-on-one assisted stretching, sometimes called stretch therapy, in downtown Bellevue. Bellevue moves fast, from energetic commutes to lively downtown evenings, and that constant activity shows up as tension, stiffness and imbalance. Our Stretchologists tailor every session to the tension points that come from desk jobs, driving, aging and active lifestyles.

Grab a focused 25-minute stretch for your upper or lower body, or settle in for a 50-minute full body VibraStretch™ combining PNF stretching and vibration therapy.

Teneile M.Bellevue
After my stretch he took time to give me some pointers on posture and stretches I can do on my own.
